Digital Products (Downloads, Printables, Guides)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
However, if you experience any issues—such as a broken file, trouble accessing your download, or an error in the product—please reach out to us right away. We’re happy to resend the file or help troubleshoot as needed.
Affiliate Products
Some products we recommend link directly to third-party retailers like Amazon. These purchases are subject to the return and refund policies of the retailer, not Savi Wellness.
If you have an issue with an affiliate purchase, please contact the seller or retailer directly through your order confirmation or account.
